At Glitter Dreams Designs by Holly, every order is handmade and packaged with love to make sure it arrives safely and full of sparkle! Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Because all items are handmade, processing times may vary depending on:


  • The type of product
  • Customisation level
  • Current order volume


Estimated processing times will be shown at checkout. If any significant delays occur, we will contact you as soon as possible.

 

🚚 Shipping Methods

 

We use trusted UK couriers to ensure your order reaches you safely and efficiently.

Where possible, all orders will include tracking information, which will be provided once your parcel has shipped.

 

🇬🇧 Shipping Locations

 

We currently ship within the UK only.

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.


💸 Shipping Costs

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Parcel size
  • Weight
  • Courier fees

We always aim to keep postage prices as affordable as possible.


📫 Lost, Stolen, or Missing Parcels


Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier and marked as delivered, Glitter Dreams Designs by Holly cannot be held responsible for:

  • Lost parcels
  • Stolen parcels
  • Missing mail

If an issue occurs, we will assist where we can, but all delivery disputes must be taken up directly with the courier.


🏠 Incorrect Shipping Details

 

Please double-check your delivery details before confirming your order.

We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


💥 Damaged Items

 

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem
