Please read through our Returns & Refunds Policy before placing an order. At Glitter Dreams Designs by Holly, every item is handmade with care, creativity, and plenty of sparkle. Due to the custom nature of our products, certain conditions apply to cancellations, returns, and refunds.

🛍️ Cancellations


You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
After 24 hours, crafting may have already begun, so cancellations can no longer be accepted.

🎨 Personalised & Custom Orders


For personalised or custom items, customers are responsible for ensuring all spelling, colours, designs, and details are correct before confirming the order.

Please double-check all customisation details before final approval.
We cannot be held responsible for customer errors, and refunds or remakes cannot be offered in these cases.

📦 Returns (Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items Only)


If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem
We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

📮 Return Postage

If a return is approved:

  • The customer must return the item using tracked postage
  • The customer covers the postage cost initially
  • We are not responsible for parcels lost or damaged during return shipping without tracking

Once the item has been received and the refund approved, we will refund the return postage cost.

📫 Lost or Missing Parcels


We use trusted couriers and provide tracking information whenever possible to ensure your sparkly package arrives safely.


However, once a parcel has been marked as delivered by the courier, we cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or missing parcels.
If an issue occurs, we will assist where we can, but investigations will need to be handled directly with the courier.

✨ Final Notes
As all items are handmade and often personalised, refunds or exchanges cannot be given for change of mind or customer mistakes.
